Q: WHY SUBSCRIBE TO A FRAUD HOTLINE?

A: End Fraud Now is an affordable anonymous and confidential reporting service for potential fraud, ethical issues, and other concerns. Our clients are committed to maintaining high integrity and transparency within their organization. Other hotline providers may charge based upon number of employees or annual revenue and may use your reports as a way to sell you additional services. Our annual fee is all you pay – there are no additional costs or hidden sales motives.

According to the 2012 Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Report on Occupational Fraud and Abuse, "Providing individuals a means to report suspicious activity is a critical part of an anti-fraud program. Fraud reporting mechanisms, such as hotlines, should be set up to receive tips...and should allow anonymity and confidentiality."

Q: HOW DO I SUBMIT A REPORT?

A: Reports may be submitted 24-hours a day using our secure website form or via our toll-free telephone number during business hours. You must have your company code to submit a report. Your company code can be found on your workplace poster or in correspondence from your organization regarding the service.

Q: WHO WILL RECEIVE A COPY OF THE REPORTS?

A: Only those within the organization as identified by the organization's management or the board of directors will receive a copy of the anonymous and confidential report. This may include managers, executives, board members, or others within the organization. Reports will be sent to the designated individuals via email and will include only the information provided in the report and the date it was received. The organization is responsible for following up on all reports submitted and End Fraud Now assumes no responsibility for the validity or accuracy of the information submitted using our service.

Q: WHAT MATERIALS WILL MY ORGANIZATION RECEIVE?

A: Organizations register for our services online and may designate an individual to receive confidential copies via email of their organization's reports. In addition, organizations will receive an information package including a workplace poster, unique company code, and electronic versions of materials to share via email. Employers may maintain their contact information and update the report recipients by contact Greg Arndt at arndt@wvco.com

Q: I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPORTS, DO I REALLY NEED A FRAUD HOTLINE?

A: Fraud, ethical issues, or other concerns can arise at any time. Although you may have not yet received a report from your employees, volunteers, board members, or others within the organization, it does not mean that you will not receive one in the future. Simply having End Fraud Now serves as a "perceived control" that may discourage unwanted behavior within your organization.
